The appliance is attached to the inner, tongue-side surfaces. The front of your teeth remains free of visible brackets.
Individual tooth movement
Independent Movers® are planned for individual teeth. This differs from a conventional wire connecting brackets along the arch.
Fixed throughout treatment
You do not take it out for meals or manage a sequence of removable trays. Cleaning, reviews and following instructions still matter.

01Is Brava+ the same as lingual braces?
Both sit behind the teeth. Brava+ uses BRIUS Independent Movers® rather than a conventional archwire running through the brackets. The position is similar, but the appliance design and mechanics are different.
02Can Brava+ treat my crowding or bite problem?
That requires an examination. Dr. Sree considers the amount of crowding, tooth and root positions, bite relationships, gum health and treatment goals. A discreet appliance is one part of a suitable treatment plan, not a guarantee that every problem can be treated in the same way.
03Will it affect my speech or tongue?
An appliance on the tongue side can take time to get used to. Tongue irritation or temporary speech changes can occur. Discuss comfort and adaptation before treatment, and contact the treating team if discomfort persists or a component feels loose.
04Is Brava+ faster than braces or clear aligners?
There is no single treatment time that applies to everyone. The movements needed, bite complexity, biological response and treatment progress all matter. Dr. Sree can discuss a realistic estimate after assessment; no appliance guarantees a faster result for every patient.
05How much does Brava+ cost in Dubai?
A written estimate is provided after assessment. The scope of treatment, appliance planning, reviews and retention affect the fee. Ask what is included and whether any additional treatment may be needed before comparing quotations.
06Will I still need retainers?
Yes. Retention is planned after active tooth movement, including treatment with Brava+. The type of retainer, wear schedule and follow-up are tailored to your treatment and relapse risk.
